A Charmed Stay!

The room was spacious. I appreciated the king-size bed. The complimentary wine and cheese were a good touch each day, from 5 PM to 5:30 PM. The location was also GREAT, steps from the cathedral and close to the Christmas markets!!!

the location was ideal offering easy access to many places. the staff was very kind and helpful . i especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was a lovely start to each day. they also served really good sangria at the bar which i found refreshing.

The location was PERFECT for exploring. I walked everywhere, except for one trip on the metro. A wine and cheese hour at 5 pm was a nice daily touch. The staff was EXCELLENT! They communicated well and met every need I had. The staff at the bar and restaurant were the best. The room was very clean and well furnished. The hotel's design and interior decoration were great.

The air conditioning made a lot of noise. It was hard to ignore sounds from the hallway because the room doors didn't block noise. This made it hard to relax sometimes.

the staff stored our bags until our room was ready it was much earlier than expected. the room was spacious and clean. the staff provided helpful directions and recommendations it was very useful.

the air con was controlled by the hotel not each room which was not ideal. if windows were open overnight it was noisy i found it hard to sleep. the location was also not car friendly it was difficult to find by gps.
